4 Ways to Lose 5 Pounds Fast

The fastest way to lose weight is to eat all natural foods and stay away from processed food (food, come in and sit in a box on the shelf can be months). Select all natural lean proteins, fruits, vegetables and whole grains not refined.

To keep a food diary and honest. Write down everything, through your lips. That makes you on track and motivate you stick to your plan. It will also make you very happy, its the end of the day when you can see you leave your meal plan to lose weight. People keep food journals weight much faster than those who do not - so do it!

Continue to exercise diary. This can be as simple as that, write it on your calendar. Note or two notes on what you do on this day - the heart, weight, cycling, hiking, yoga, Pilates - whatever you do that day, you moved. If you are in a recession and your training, but they do not seem to help you lose weight, as before - several times a week to add interval training to break the diet plateau.

Keep a food diary. For one week, write down everything you eat and drink, and how did you feel when you did. Drink water before a meal. Drink at least six glasses a day, eight would be great. A muffin should be the size of a large egg. Use the stairs for no less than five floors up, walking the long road to the supermarket and carry your bags at home instead of taking a taxi to your office, use the toilet on the floor over you.

1. Find out how many calories you need.
2. Watch for Portion Size.
3. Go for wholesome fresh foods.
4. Understand Food Claims and Labels.
5. Keep a food journal.
6. Watch for the sugary drinks.
